Getting cover crop seed on corn before the NRCS September 15th deadline can be difficult. To simplify the process, North Jersey RC&D has teamed with a local pilot to implement aerial cover crop seeding.
In thanks thanks to our partnership with NRCS, the New Jersey Department of Environment Protection, and the Delaware River Watershed Initiative, we can usually offer farmers in the targeted watersheds, aerial cover crop seeding at completely free.
