Development of Conceptual Restoration Designs Hyper Humus Section of the Paulinskill River Wildlife Management Area Sussex County, New Jersey work on the project to restore the Paulins Kill headwaters and floodplain at Hyper-Humus. NJRC&D will work with The Nature Conservancy, Wallkill River Watershed Management Group, Trout Unlimited, and others to engage partners and help develop the plan for restoration, including determining existing conditions and the site's potential to support ecological community types for fish and wildlife through restoration of a more natural hydrology and improved water quality.
