Lima Family Farms dates to 2007 when John Lima and his wife, Kathy purchased 206 acres of land.  Initially, the farm began with hens then they added  cows and pigs.  The farm has since grown to 440 acres  of contiguous land allowing for more pasture to increase their angus herd.  John’s passion for people and the environment quickly grew into a mission to feed the local community with sustainable and delicious  foods.

The neighbors know them best for their kid-friendly farm, affectionate animals, knowledgeable staff, pastured pork, fresh chickens, free-range eggs and 100% grass-fed beef.  You can purchase their farm raised chicken, beef, pork and eggs at their on-farm market Friday through Sunday.  They also sell many other local NJ farmer's goods such as: dairy, grains, mushrooms, seasonal produce, lamb and bread.
