Erin Shroll is an independent educator and agroecological coach. On-farm education and coaching are at the heart of Erin’s work as she has recently deepened her expertise in regenerative agriculture under the guidance of world-renowned agroecologist, independent educator and author, Nicole Masters, Integrity Soils, Inc.
Recently concluding 7 years serving as program supervisor of Agricultural Business and Horticultural Science at Sussex County Community College, Erin combines her 25 years of experience in the green industry and in academia along with her technical training in soil science to walk alongside farmers for support as trusted partners on their regenerative journey.

Through Blue Herons Farm, Erin is establishing gardens as outdoor classroom space for learning at the farm or on your farm through a mentoring program geared to fast track your farm goals and profits.
Blue Herons Farm market garden is currently growing produce and herbs to the Community Food Bank of NJ. Just getting started, Erin will be offering biologically-primed native plants, she is planning on growing grains and working to establish demonstration gardens for the public to enjoy and become inspired by.
