Erin Shroll

Erin Shroll is a grower, independent educator, and agroecological coach. On-farm education and coaching are at the heart of Erin’s work after she deepened her expertise in regenerative agriculture under the guidance of world-renowned agroecologist, independent educator and author, Nicole Masters, Integrity Soils, Inc.

Erin combines her 28 years of experience in the green industry and in academia along with her technical training in soil science to walk alongside growers for support as trusted partners on their regenerative journey.

Through Blue Herons Farm and Native Nursery, Erin is establishing gardens as outdoor classroom space for learning at the farm. The farm and nursery is currently growing cut flowers, culinary and medicinal herbs in the Medicine Wheel Garden, native plants, and is working to establish demonstration gardens for the public to enjoy and become inspired by.
